A practical starting point / five questions
A little planning.
A better-packed trip.
Think through your route, food preparation and packing preferences. Get category ideas, label questions and practical steps—not a shopping list or a safety verdict.
Private by design. This tool processes answers in your browser’s memory. It does not send, save or add them to a URL. Restarting or leaving clears the answers.
Your trip / your choices
Your packing starting point.
Use these prompts to make your own plan. A category or directory tag is not a personalized nutrition recommendation or an allergy-safety decision.

This is general planning information, not medical advice. Directory tags are limited research leads—not proof that any product is suitable for you or free from an allergen. Check the current label of the exact item and contact the manufacturer if information is unclear; consult an appropriate professional for individual medical or dietary questions.
How the finder works
Simple rules use your trip and packing choices to suggest relevant categories. With an exclusion selected, a category appears only if a directory record has every corresponding supported tag. Unknown or unsupported tags do not count as a match; some exclusions cannot be filtered with the current data.
What it cannot tell you
A tag is a starting point for checking the exact item, not a guarantee about every flavor or cross-contact. Category pages include unfiltered items. For more context, see reading food labels and allergy-aware packing.
